The Bridge of Compassion, established in 2005, seeks to offer monetary assistance for local residents pertaining to a number of needs including: food, prescription medicine for seniors, and utility bills. The organization also teams up with other local agencies in Marshall for referral assistance.
Here at the Bridge of Copassion we have a Senior food box distribution day that is the 1st Wednesday of the month at 1:30 - 3:30 p.m. every other month. (May, July, Sept.,Nov.)
Proof of income and a simple application is what you need to receive a box of food if you meet the income guidelines.
Help us to fight hunger in our community! Call 903-923-9927 or come by and speak to Gregg to sign up as a volunteer.

WE NEED YOUR HELP AND SUPPORT
The Bridge of Compassion has been making an impact in people's lives since 2005. We are committed to not only helping people in their times of hardships but also helping to create a "Bridge out of Poverty".
We need your assistance in reaching more people. Please consider supporting The Bridge of Compassion as we help transform people's lives for the better.
We all may have had times when we needed help in life. You may have had family or friends step up and help you in your hard time. For many, The Bridge of Compassion has been that friend. The Bridge of Compassion has helped many people in the last 10 years. It has been the support of churches, businesses and caring individuals that has allowed us to be there in people's times of need. Unfortunately we have more people with needs than we have funds available. That is why we are now opening a resale shop.
You can help by generously giving to help support the financial costs of the resale shop. Another way that you can help is by organizing donation drives and/or having garage sales where the funds and items are donated to The Bridge of Compassion resale shop. We will be able to help more people when we all come together. It is our mission to help people in getting out of poverty. "AS YOU HAVE DONE IT UNTO THE LEAST OF THESE YOU HAVE DONE IT UNTO ME" ~~ JESUS CHRIST ~~
You can contact Gregg Taylor Executive Director of The Bridge of Compassion for more information on how to help and/or give a donation. Contact Information 903-923-9927
